Who is responsible
This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the French version at https://appcraft31.app/privacy/capsulecollector.html is the reference text.
Capsule Collector is published by AppCraft31, an independent studio based in Toulouse, France. For any question about this policy, write to appcraft31@gmail.com.
This policy describes what the app actually does with data, on iOS and Android.
What stays on your device
Capsule Collector stores the following in your device's own storage. None of it is sent to any server, and all of it disappears if you uninstall the app.
Capsule Collector is funded by advertising, with no in-app purchases at all. The interstitial only appears when you leave the level complete screen: never before level 6, at most once every three completed levels and at least two minutes apart. Music is muted during ads. Rewarded videos (doubling the coins of a completed level, getting three more undos once they run out) only start if you tap their button yourself.
The advertising consent form (UMP) and then, on iPhone, the tracking request (ATT) are shown at launch. Declining tracking never blocks the game: ads are simply not personalised. Where consent is required, the “Ad privacy choices” button in the game’s Settings reopens this form.
- coins, experience points and collector level
- next level to play and best number of moves for each level
- figures obtained, number of copies of each and figures already seen
- capsule machine guarantee counters and number of spins
- room layout and decor
- whether the free capsule and the tutorial have been used
- settings (music, sounds, vibrations)
- counters that space out ads (levels completed since the last one, time of the last one)
Advertising
Capsule Collector is free and includes the Google AdMob SDK, in the following formats: interstitial and rewarded video. Google AdMob is provided by Google Ireland Limited for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and by Google LLC elsewhere.
In that context, Google may process the device advertising identifier, app-related identifiers and ad interaction data (impressions, clicks).
On iOS, the system asks at first launch whether you allow tracking of your activity. If you decline, no advertising identifier (IDFA) is shared and ads are not personalised.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a GDPR-compliant consent screen is shown through the Google User Messaging Platform. You can accept, decline or customise the use of your data for advertising.
You can change that choice from the app settings.
In-app purchases
Capsule Collector offers no in-app purchases.
Analytics
Capsule Collector includes no analytics, usage statistics or crash reporting tool.
Network connection
Capsule Collector runs entirely offline. The app needs no connection to be used, apart from loading the ads.
Accounts
Capsule Collector never asks you to create an account and uses no sign-in service.
Children
Capsule Collector is not specifically aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data about them.
Your rights
Since the data described above stays on your device, the most direct way to erase it is to uninstall the app: everything goes with it.
The General Data Protection Regulation further grants you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. To exercise them, write to appcraft31@gmail.com.
For data processed by the ad networks, those rights are exercised with each of them: Google. Your advertising choices also remain changeable at any time from the app settings and your device settings.
Changes
This policy may change alongside the app. Any change is published on this page, with its date. Last updated: September 28, 2026.
